Praise
I have only just come across your work on Redbubble, but have to say that you have praised God and touched the divine through your kabbalistic and spiritual artwork. They represent some of the best work on the subject I have seen. Behatzlacha uve'koltov.

Thank you so very much, Darren! I really appreciate you taking time to comment on my work. My Kabbalistic artwork seems to go very much uncommented on so I am particularly happy that you noticed it. You obviously know something about the subject so it would be nice to get to talk to you a little more about it. Please drop me an e-mail when you have a moment. Toda raba! All best wishes, Endre

Thanks for the kind comments, Bill. I use a Canon 5D (I pine for a 5D Mk II but I've waited this long, I may as well see what the Mk III will be like) and an 85mm 1.4 lens. If you want more information you can still get ahold of this year's "Expert Photo Techniques Guide" put out by Shutterbug Magazine and read the longer illustrated article that I wrote about how I do my flower shots. Just yesterday I published a very deluxe coffee table book of eighty my B & W flower portraits. There are a few tweaks that need to be one because it had a small number of computer glitches that need to be worked out but I'll post news of it and a link to purchase it here shortly. Best of luck, Endre

The Dragonfly
Hi Endre,I was drawn to your site from the channelingerik blog. I just wanted to let you know that the picture you took called The Dragonfly reminds me so much of the picture on the blog that Lidian took that she called Erik's dragonfly...grin and all. :) I'm sorry to hear of the loss of your son Antal. I'm sure he is around you a lot and ya'll will do great work together... like Elisa is doing with Erik. I believe there are no coincedences and I liked what you said to Elisa: Maybe we are all meant to be in contact with one another and that by doing so, the synergy of our collective abilities and energy will help facilitate something wonderful for the entire world. Love & Light, Shawna

Mirman
Hi Endre,We were at Mirman for the service for Mrs. Mirman on Saturday 1.29.10 and heard you play Bach. Thank you so much. It was moving and gorgeous. It took my breath away and left my wife and I in tears of joy. Our son Jake now attends Mirman and we are so happy and confident in his education. It is wonderful to see the lineage of quality that has emerged from this amazing school. Thank you again for your leadership and the beauty of the music you play.

Dear Marc, Thanks so much for your very kind comments. I'm so glad you and your wife enjoyed my Bach performance yesterday. Mrs. Mirman was such a special person that it is very sad to have her leave our Earthly plane but I'm sure she is reaping her many well-deserved rewards in her Heavenly Home. There is no better school than Mirman and I feel proud and blessed to have been able to be so well-educated there. You are certainly doing the very best for your son, Jake by sending him there. Thanks, again, for writing me. All best wishes, Endre

recollecting jr. high
Hello Endre...I remember you in jr. high school. We shared classes and I recall humming Bethoven's only violin cencerto to you as you listened and smiled and was surprised that I would know it! My name is Helen. I just thought I'd check out your site. Beautiful photography. All the best to you

Your Early Career
Hello Endre. I attended many of your concerts when you were a child prodigy. I first heard you play the Mendelssohn with the Highland Park Symphony under Leo Arnaud back in 1966. Later a friend of your and mine, Paul Chierichetti and I went to see you perform the Symphony Espanol with your mentor Mehli Mehta conducting. Do you recall when we met you backstage you immediately did a special arm shake with him and said, "Hippie!" He was a kind of hippie back in those days. He

Photos, and performance
Endre, I was so delighted to hear the outdoor concert the other night. I'll never forget you playing the Bach Partita on your Stradivarius, from memory, in the dark. The venue was limited, and the audience meager, but you played brilliantly, and more importantly, from the heart. You are a true master. I've been viewing your gallery today, and am just amazed at your talent. Your photos are exquisite. Along with the ones of your violin, my favorite is the one of your father and daughter playing chess. I will be ordering some of your work in the future. I turn 60 on Sept. 23, so plan to buy a copy of your morning glory photo. To me, it's an image of myself, blooming in the dark, having survived cancer and a heart transplant. Thank you for gracing the world with your gifts. Debbie
